Ather Energy announces nationwide Ather Service Carnival for customers
Date: 10 Oct 2025
Ather
Energy Limited has announced the Ather Service Carnival, a nationwide service
initiative running from October 9th to 18th, 2025. The carnival offers
exclusive benefits to Ather customers across the company’s extensive service
network, encouraging them to get their scooters ready for smooth, worry-free
rides through the festive season.
The
Ather Service Carnival brings together a curated set of offers. As part of
this, customers can avail a free 15-point comprehensive vehicle health
check-up, covering everything from brakes and tyres to suspension and
electronics, ensuring their Ather scooters remain in peak condition. In
addition, Ather is offering 10% off on paid labour and brake pads, 15% off on
painted body parts, and 20% off on polish services, making maintenance more
accessible and rewarding this festive season. Ather has over 400 service
centres across the country, as of 30th September 2025. For appointments and
additional details, customers can reach out to their nearest Ather service
centre.
With
a strong focus on customer experience, Ather has consistently introduced
initiatives to make scooter ownership more effortless. These include Ather Care
service plans, AtherExpressCare, and Ather Service Carnival, which ensure
transparent ownership and quicker service experiences. Additionally, Ather
launched Gold Service Centres, which are premium facilities that provide
faster, more efficient service while ensuring the highest level of customer
satisfaction, all at no extra cost to owners.
Ather
Energy is also expanding its retail network across the country. Last month,
Ather crossed a milestone with over 500 Experience Centres (ECs) nationwide and
plans to reach 700 ECs by the end of FY26. Recently, the company also rolled
out its 5,00,000th vehicle from its manufacturing plant. Ather currently operates
two manufacturing plants in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, one each for vehicle assembly
and battery production, and is setting up a third facility, Factory 3.0, in
Bidkin, AURIC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.
